We've been told you have to hustle EVERY day if you're going to be successful, but I don't think that's true.
My first business was a clothing boutique. I worked every day - weekends, holidays, late nights...I was there ALL OF THE TIME.
I missed birthdays, holidays, and family gatherings.
Working like a crazy person didn't save my business. I was so burned out and stressed out all of the time.
And I felt like a total failure because I worked SO much and had NOTHING to show for it.
I've learned the hard way that hustling doesn't always equal success. And just because you work 80 hours every week doesn't mean you'll make more money. It's a fast way to end up burned out like I did.
One of the reasons I decided to get into FB Ads was because I saw how powerful it could be to set up something that would run autopilot.
It would mean less time hustling on FB, posting in FB groups and chasing down new leads in messenger.
Less time going to networking events and conferences (which I don't love doing).
And a lot more time doing things I actually love - spending time with my kids, taking trips to new place or just sitting on the couch binging on Netflix and not feeling bad about it.
My ads actually do a lot of the work for me. And yes, it means I have to spend money on them every month, but if it frees up even just a few hours a week then it's totally worth it (And let's be honest -- it's freeing up more than just a few hours a week for me at this point).
It also means we have people reaching out to work with us + sales coming in every day from ads.
You started your business so you could have more time and freedom to do things you love. Your time is important. And you don't have to spend all your time driving yourself crazy worrying about where your next client is coming from or stressing out because you haven't checked FB or IG today.
